  3. How can I make a reservation with Month2Month?

    Month2Month's website and partner portal provide detailed information about all our properties for our partners' convenience. Our partners can use our highly efficient “one-click“ functions, including “one-click for booking a property,“ “one-click for holding a property,“ “one-click for touring a property.“

  4. What is the prebooking house showing procedure?

    Partners can use our “one-click for touring” feature in our partner portal to arrange a tour of any property with our business team.

  5. How do utility accounts and billing work?

    All a property’s utility connections are activated and ready before move-in. During the guest’s stay, monthly usage emails are sent to the guest and channel contacts to keep them informed. After check-out, the utilities invoice will be generated.

  6. How does Month2Month rental pricing work?

    Month2Month specializes in providing the best furnished temporary housings on the market. We base the rental price on the rent for our beautifully furnished homes and the risk of high vacancy inherent in month-to-month leasing.

  7. How does Month2Month manage cleaning and housekeeping during the pandemic?

    We follow CDC recommendations for cleaning and disinfecting and have stringent standards and procedures in place. We also conduct regular training with our cleaning vendor and purchase EPA-registered cleaning products and equipment such as electrostatic sprayers to ensure cleaners are fully equipped to provide clean, safe environments for our clients.

  1. How our housing options differ from those on Airbnb and other similar platforms?

    We maintain exclusive rights for all the homes we manage to have total control over the quality of our products. We can therefore provide all tenants with the best possible living environment.

  2. What is the difference between a hotel and a furnished home?

    All our furnished homes are owned by private investors and can be preferable to hotels for several reasons. They are typically more comfortable, offer kitchens for preparing meals, and are more accommodating to those traveling with children and pets.

Booking and Cancellations

  1. How old do I need to be to reserve a home?

    Tenants must be at least 21 years old to lease our furnished houses unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian 21 or over. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Please give us a call at (949) 288-6628 for more information.

  2. Do infants count toward the maximum occupancy?

    Children under the age of 2 do not count toward the maximum occupancy.

  3. Can I bring my dog along?

    Most of our homes are pet-friendly with pet fees/rent.

  4. Can I bring more people than the maximum allowed listed?

    No. Bringing more people than the maximum occupancy is prohibited.

  5. Can I get a breakdown of the total cost?

    The specification of your total cost will be broken down in your quoting process.

  6. What is a holding fee?

    We collect a refundable holding fee to help our undecided customer hold a property for 48 hours.

  7. Do you have a grace period for canceling a reservation?

    All our reservations are month-to-month (greater than 30 days) and cannot be canceled.

  8. Do I need to sign a rental contract for renting a Month2Month home?

    Yes. The lease terms and conditions are stated in your booking process. Our system will automatically generate a lease for you with your information and ready for you to sign.

  9. How do I pay my rent?

    We accept the following payment methods: Wire, E-Check, Zelle, Venmo.

Move In and Move Out
  1. Do I have to move in by a certain time?

    Move-in is at 4:00 PM, and guests can arrive any time after that. There are some cases when early move-in is available. If that is the case, we will email you the morning of your stay to inform you that an early move-in option is available. Please note that we will not be able to confirm or deny an early move-in request before the day of move-in due to our cleaning schedules.

  2. Do you allow early move-ins?

    An early move-in is dependent on whether the housekeeper has had time to fully clean the home before your arrival. If guests are moving out the same day your reservation begins, an early move-in is not allowed. It will not allow the housekeeper enough time to prepare the home for you fully. We will email you the morning of your move-in if early move-in is available.

  3. How do I obtain the keys?

    We will email move-in instructions three days prior to your arrival, including driving directions and the lockbox or electronic deadbolt code.

  4. The lockbox only has one set of keys. Can we get another set?

    Generally, we put one set of keys in the lockbox and another set inside the house. We offer one key fob and one remote as standard, and another set of remote can be provided if requested by tenants for an additional $100 charge.

  5. Can I get a late move-out?

    Move-out time is 11:00 AM. Late move-out is only permitted with prior written consent from Month2Month. Tenant shall compensate Month2Month the full amount of any financial loss it suffers as a result of an unauthorized late move-out by any member of the rental party and/or anyone else tenant permits on the Property. Month2Month and/or its assigned representative has the authorization to enter the Property at any time after the move-out time on the move-out date for cleaning purposes. An additional $50.00/hour late move-out fee will be charged if tenant fails to move-out prior to 11:00 AM up to 3:00 PM. If tenant moves out after 3:00 PM onward, tenant will pay full day charge.

  6. What are the move-out procedures?

    Please make sure that all the keys and remote are in the designated areas.

Features and Amenities
  1. Is smoking allowed in the home?

    Smoking is Not permitted anywhere on the premises. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, in the garage, on the pool deck, or in other public areas of an apartment complex. Failure to comply with Month2Month’s non-smoking policy will result in a penalty fee. You will incur a charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.

  2. Does the home come with linens and towels, or do I need to bring my own?

    All reservations today come with brand new linens with extra charge due to health and safety concerns.

  3. What other items can I expect to find in the home?

    With each reservation, we offer our tenants starter kits with various daily necessities, including lotion, shampoo, soap, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and trash liners.

  4. What cable package does the home have? Will we be able to watch the game?

    All our properties are equipped with YouTube TV. Our tenants can use YouTube TV to watch videos through more than 85 networks and stream their favorite videos from their own devices.

Housekeeping and Maintenance
  1. Do I have to pay the Month2Month cleaning fee? What if I can do the cleaning myself?

    Yes. Month2Month requires that our guests use our cleaning service. Our professional cleaning teams follow our procedures and specifications to ensure the home is as clean as possible.

  2. Can Month2Month refill our daily supplies when we run out?

    Month2Month only provides a starter kit of supplies including lotion, shampoo, soap, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and trash liners.

  3. We can't get the fireplace, internet, hot tub, etc., working. Are there instructions in the house?

    You should receive an email from us with check-in instructions that include a link to a digital guest binder. With your reservation number, you will have access to all your house instructions. If you need further assistance, please call our customer service line at 949-288-6628.
